BED LINEN
All prices quoted on the basis that customers provide their own bed linen and towels.  However if this is not convenient, we will supply them at an extra charge of $25 for one room and $35 for two more rooms.
 
 
BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made by telephoning Ray on (02) 9523 1862.
 A deposit of $100 (min) is required for Weekend bookings and proportionally more for longer stays.  For School Holidays and Long Weekends the deposit is 50% payable 8 weeks in advance.
 
 
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is 2:30 pm and check-out time 12 pm, however we are pleased to arrange earlier check-in's and later check-outs if other bookings allow. Please discuss with Ray if you wish to change these times.
