The one bedroom apartment
was completed in 2001 to take the overflow from the very successful Beach
House. It is located on the same property as the Beach House and enjoys
the same outstanding views and the same range of facilities. The major
differences are that there is only the one queen sized bedroom and there
is a kitchenette rather than a fully equipped kitchen as in the Beach House.
